Notes
Started the run a little sniffly, and ended feeling like I had a low-grade fever. Extremely hot and humid, and I'm still recovering from the race last weekend. My hip was sore at first, and later on, my calf tightened up again. I felt okay, but never that great. Ran some quicker miles in the middle, which was kind of dumb because I really fell apart toward the end.
