Perfect running weather. Makes me wish my distances were more significant. Went a little farther than I'm allowing myself at the moment, but that's OK. As long as there's no pain, we're cool. Paid a lot of attention to my form too, and definitely feeling it (which is a good thing).
Hopefully get to get out on Friday again..
