I think these response boosts are the "worst" of all my shoes, but are likely the best pronation control bc my calves have alway felt better with them than others! It was a decent run I was just out there to putz and enjoy myself. The way back was into the wind and more difficult. I tacked on an extra .5-.6. Just felt like a good idea honestly. Writing this 6 hours later my calves felt good even after an active day. Excited to be in the mid-20's next week with mileage.
