10:00 tempo following my fartlek session, ran out of trail in the area I was parked so I had to repeat and it was rolling hills. Got JUST shy of 1.5 (6:40 pace) and I felt better the second mile than the first. I feel like this shows where my recovery is. I was able to work through it alright, I was worried I was gonna have to throw everything into it but 1)I didn't want to have to 2) I'm having a hard time doing that. The sluggish legs don't want me to drop the HAMMER.
