(I ran .2-.25 WITH MY WATCH PAUSED... I've never been so distraught in the middle of a workout. Absolutely devastated that I wouldn't get to see my true effort that I felt I deserved. I ran 1.25, with a fast start, and was off pace at the end. Just shows how close to the line I was running.)

Kind of my first 'go to the well' workouts in awhile. It was really hard, but I'm just missing that last gear... Having a real hard time moving the legs fast enough to get my lungs on FIRE. I know there is a lot more potential there, but I'm just a lot more comfortable at a longer distance and less blistery pace than the kick I'm used too. Need to prioritize some strides or something to get that last gear back. Then I'm ready to really roll.
