Ran out at the soccer fields but the ground was rough and uneven and that always hurts my calfs. So I jumped on the road, which is probably also bad for my calves these days but whatever. I tried to stay on the edge off the hard surface as much as possible and split it 60/40 between roads and soccer fields. The soccer fields are always so slow for me. I'm starting to think I'm just a really bad grass runner (XC) and I prefer the roads or trail.

Got a solid couple minutes of LIGHT barefoot jogging. I thought it was really good to turn the watch off and just focus on nice and easy good form running. I need to do this CONSISTENTLY and I think it could be really beneficial to my foot/lower leg strength that I am clearly lacking
