The low cadence surprised me at first but the more I think about it, it makes sense. I was very tentative with my sprained left ankle. I felt pretty smooth and got into a solid rhythm and it went quick. I wanted to go further but I was satisfied with what I got and scared to do too much. I would deem this a very solid "Easy" day so I'm happy.
