paced babson in his quest for sub 5 this year. got him through a little slower than we wanted but he said he felt a lot more comfortable than he did before when he went out in 65. he ended up running 5:00.5, which is heart breaking... if it wasn’t for the wind on the home stretch he would’ve done it!
The 2:29 was not easy for me, but that was more reachable than I thought. i think I could hold that pace for 1K to 1200m right now. I think right now maybe I’m in 5:10-5:25!!!
