Notes

5 x (200, 600, 400) w/ 60 seconds rest between reps and 120 seconds jogging between sets. This was very difficult for me with goals of :37, 2:15, and 1:25. Trying to simulate a little bit a faster start, recovering back to race pace, and a hard finish.

200's - I averaged just about :39's, I struggled with these the vast change of pace from 45 to 37 was just too much for me to nail down consistently. I was probably slow on the draw a lot of the time stopping my watch especially on these. The workout function is in a different spot.

600's - 2:12 average. Thats got the outlier 2:06 and was a more realistic average of like 2:14 before that. These were where I put a lot of the emphasis of the workout. 200 made me tired and took a little zap out of my legs, made the 600s the true test and the 400 was just maintain the pain the 6 gave me. I was surprisingly consistent and under the goal time. The slowest average pace by a bit but it was the longest distance. I honestly just need to hit like 8 and a half of these in a row for my sub 19 5k. If I can clip off 46's, thats all I need

400's - I averaged just about 1:24 total. These every time I had room at the 200 mark and every time I just wanted to coast to a low 80 lap but it just slipped a little bit each time. I felt pretty good about these honestly. 84 isn't slow and I did that consistently after a draining 600 where I feel like I usually went through in about 88 during that anyway.

Rests - I think the rests were pretty much the right amount. I was able to recover enough to run consistent times, but short enough to where I felt the increasing effects of the first rep. Little mix up after the first 200 but I tried to make up for it.
