Negative split the two loops. Ran with Aaron River and Jazz. I felt really really smooth. Led the group and did the work most of the entire time. Felt really really smooth most of the workout. I felt really fresh at the end still I could have done another loop or two. I think this was a great tune up for Fridays race. In a much better place physically than I have in probably a year.
