Planning on going for a 6 mile run with a 2-3 mile tempo in the middle. But after the first 2.5 miles my calves were fried from the horrible wind. It was INSANE... My calves really hurt so I was afraid to tempo it back, I was worried about not being able to even finish the run so I cut it down to 5 miles. But after I started looking into my stride and realized I may be overstriding I felt much better. I let myself slide to 6 miles, obviously without any workout in the middle.
