Tough. Had to work for the last two miles. The hardest mile was oddly the second, once I was just running really hard I was just running really hard I guess. I was totally fine just 10 seconds after I stopped running, shows I was totally aerobic and that the effort was not too strenuous.

I think these are workouts that are good for me, really working through the run and challenging myself over long long distances.
