Notes

Sub 7 for two miles in hachers. Was gonna toss in a tempo/fartlek but calves were barking at me so I laid off on the way back. Felt really easily comparatively to when I've had similar runs in the past and this one was probably further with a quicker out of hill average mile and felt easier. Form was strong and didn't have to struggle for any hill or really dig very deep. Very solid and on-purpose run.
