Ran to Hickory hill park park. Forgot to start the watch on my way back so it isn't 1000% accurate but I underestimated the speed anyways. Had to contain myself from rolling @ low 7 pace. I even ran the big hill (.2mi) twice and felt good about it! Its a fun, long, tough hill and it isn't as monotonous as others bc its a trail. Great place to prepare for a course like EPG.

I have NO clue what has gotten into my lately BUT I do know that it has me feeling fit, motivated and ready to destroy this EPG race and more importantly build that mileage for a really successful Spring Race seasons (hopefully have the range for some interesting races 5k, 10k, & 13.1)

Might head over to the gym too to tone the rest of the body too.
