Notes

Didn't wear a GPS but I did wear a normal watch and Map the distance later. It was about 150 degrees outside @ 3:30 when I ran. Super humid and I was soaked to the bone with sweat. Working on my form making it a little more repeatable and injury free with a different foot strike, after watching some videos. Less aggressive and more focused on being average but very consistent. Both calfs were actually super tight/sore/cramping or some combination post run I don't know if that is due to the form change or the exercises I did yesterday.

Guess I ran free w/o the watch today... It was so short bc of heat and LSD in 15 hrs, ran hard for 25 minutes, which was the goal and the heat helped make it difficult
