Notes

first run outside, went to gebhard woods! walked for a couple minutes to warm up... cold as all hell outside i was underdressed in a longsleeve and quartzip on some tights. got into a jog for 2 minutes, checking my pace every 30 seconds i started around 8:00 and dropped to 7:40. after that 2 minutes I walked for a little bit and then did some glute activating exercises because I was worries they werent firing properly. On my way back i ran close to 7:00 just naturally... didnt mean to but felt amazing super excited for monday when I run next. finished with a cooldown walk but I can feel that my left leg slipped out and my hips arent aligned anymore
