IT FINALLY HAPPENED I FELT GOOD ON A RUN. Decided to push it from the start and felt pretty darn good! It hurt a lot but I could handle it

Most of mile 3 and the very beginning of mile 4 my stomach was in knots and really causing me trouble, i ran myself sick. Slowing down to work through it undoubtably helped me finish good finishing, the last mile was mostly uphill. I actually did hit a wall with .2 to go, I had thrown all my cards on the table about .7 to go.
Felt good, especially for the second workout of the day, all that aquajogging lately is definitely paying off!!!
