IT band on my right hip is absolutely killing me. worked itself out and wasnt too bad once i got going but bothered me a bit randomly. outside of that felt really good, really really easy 5 almost no effort for the first 4.25, last 3/4 i bit in a little but no real strain. didnt feel like pushing the pace, first real easy day i've taken in awhile gotta appreciate that.

definitely most fit I've ever been in my life, and im on the base of something that keeps going up. so much more to do, and ive got the time to do it.
