COULD NOT RUN A STEP WITHOUT SLIPPING.. I'M SHOCKED I WAS ABLE TO RUN THIS FAST. I don't need this fast stuff (VO2 max) especially this early. I'm gonna go back to focusing on the long and the hard.

Although with the short rest this was fairly difficult at first (with the snow) in all reality it was fine for me, I could have easily gotten 10 on pace, somehow. Paxton got dropped every rep after 3 or 4. He was gassed, felt good to put the hammer down on someone but happy he toughed out what he did.
