LONG RUN! Didn't plan on it being my long run but Madi was biking with me and that just make life easier! It went so fast I turned around and I was 4 miles in and decided to turn it up. Last mile I was rolling pretty good. Can't wait until I double this long run and double the time I turn it up.

Felt good physically. Calves good. Discovered a new route
