After being blinded for nearly 2 full dayas and being in the hospital yesterday and being forced into a day off because I couldn't see... I was back at it again today doing what I love! Just went out (after dark b/c it gets dark @ 4:30 now, and putzed my way to a nice and easy 5. It wasn't really hard for any point but I just need to work on getting out there and just being out there for awhile. The last 3/4 of a mile I was feeling a little winded and I just reminded myself that is why I'm out here, being a little bit uncomfortable without putting a lot of strain on the body.
Still working on my form with the pronation. i think I'm being better but it is hard to tell without the video evidence.
Think I might try to run 25 miles this week in 5 days. I haven't decided yet.
