Notes

Last little workout before my race on Sunday. It wasn't actually difficult, pretty much at all. Mostly because my focus was hitting some quicker paces but staying as relaxed as possible. I mean the run wasn't no problem but the effort required wasn't massive. I have 3-4 days before I have to hopefully feel fresh so I hope to be fully recovered. I'm only really worried about my calves which have been feeling a little inflamed the last few days.

Just need to stay focused on the work and I'll be alright in the race
