Notes
Ran my first workout in five or six months. It was basically a controlled fartlek but I enjoyed every second. It was TOO hard which is what I wanted, didn't have to "go to the well" or "see god" I just had to try. Next week is the workout that will hopefully make "go to the well" just for a cup or two. Not ecstatic that my rest times slipped towards the end, but with the exception of my turn around lap I stayed kind of consistent.
Wes and a few high school kids were finishing up their workout while I was doing mine, nice to have someone there to just be there. I enjoyed their presence tremendously even accidental.
After my run I did a maintenance quarter, glute stuff, core, and hip hurdle drills. I was at the track for just about 2 hours! Happy with the days work
