got new contact lenses today.. adjusted prescriptions can always help you see the world differently (figuratively & literally). decided to "tempo" = run hard for 2 miles tonight. felt G R E A T. all of my runs have hurt recently in a bad way because I felt crappy but this one hurt in a good way because I was running hard. windy and hilly, but adds to the challenge. my mom biked with me, we havent done that in a long long time, and that was really nice.
