Puttzy putz putz on the Ashton XC course. Really enjoyed it out there, it was too cold but it was fun. I think my calves are doing way great b/c normally they would have been screaming on the soft surface. The rolling hills at Ashton will make me strong and the soft surface will make me healthy. My body tried to run 7:30's but I slowed myself down for an easy easy day. I was on a huge time crunch, so I decided to stay to 3 rather than 4.
Tempo (on the track?) tomorrow, gonna be fun!
