TREADMILL WORKOUT AT THE REC. They have a really really nice treadmill that I actually throughly enjoyed running on. 4 x 1/2 mile @ 2:45 a clip. Felt really strong but only struggled the last 40 seconds of each rep. and the last 60ish seconds of the last rep. It was a really good workout. I am very excited about it.
