Ran at NCC with Chapman which was really nice. All he did was talk about me transferring to NCC.... My calfs did not feel good. Really from about a mile in they were bothering me, i had a few opportunities to stretch them out at streets. I decided to not go 10 for long run, I felt like it wasn't smart for my calfs but it did feel really good aerobically. Ran quite a few hills in here too. Listening to Chapman about their training schedule really makes me want to run/train hard. Really mentally struggling with my calfs still bothering me and my hip not feeling great again... Even after taking a few days on the downlow... Which is really concerning and frustrating because it means I probably shouldn't race (with my knowledge gained from last hip surgery)... which sucks,
