Just went out to enjoy a beautiful sundown run on the tow path. Stopped half way just as the sun went down, breeze in my hair. BEAUTIFUL. THen I was th eclosest I've ever been to shitting my pants. A full 10 minutes of panic mode On my way to the bathroom. I got about 50m away and still thought there is no way I'm going to make it. Then I finished the last 1/3 of a mile as my cool down bc before that it was a fast one trying not to embarrass myself.
