Ran with Watty, but he biked. It was really fun, I felt really good he gave me a lot of good cues for relaxing my shoulders, hands, and breathing. Worked through it well took the first mile really laxed and it was up hill which really slowed it down. My calves were very tired at the end of the run, but not the usual pain I feel inflammation/burning it was in the gastroc I think and more normal, which is really promising for the new Nikes.
