Justin and Nathan were filming me for the documentary. Back home for thanksgiving and killed a workout in hatchers woods. I didn't plan on going so hard but the guys filming me is an easy motivator. Honestly it was a fantastic reminder to keep my form strong.
It was obviously really hard and I pushed up the hills really well but it wasn't actually that hard far from all out. I finished the hill workout and like 15 seconds later I was pretty much normal aerobically. I felt super efficient and loved the workout.
