Good long run! Ran from the Bank to Sand Lake. I had to shit really really bad for most of the first 1.6 so that definitely effected me but after that it was fine. the next 2.5 miles I just tried to maintain my clip without hurting my calves which were feeling iffy. The last 2 were about pushing myself and the tempo. I wish I could have done it for longer and been a little more consisted (2 7:20's instead) but I guess 1/3 of my total distance will have to do for now!

Good run tomorrow an easy 3 to finish out my week strong.
