Really got rolling for some unknown reason. I don't know sometimes when I run hard, but it isn't mentally taxing, like yesterdays quick yog. I really thought I was going to shit myself for the second half of this run... But during my hurrying I shortenned my stride and hurried my legs. Honestly through feeling horrible I think it was really effective. Gonna start using that to be more efficient!
