The calf wasn't great the whole run but it was totally manageable but afterwards it was worse than it has been so i'm not sure what to do about it... Because tomorrow or Thursday it could feel just fine and the next day bad. Do I take a day off bike tomorrow and workout Thursday? Or do I take no days off and just not workout? I don't know
