1 mile warm up
3 mile fartlek 7 * 75 on and 120 off.
2 mile cooldown.
Really didn't feel like running and I knew I had to squeeze my run in quickly before dinner so I decided if I worked out it would be easier to get my mileage in AND I would get done faster. SO I powered through it. I convinced myself after 2 or 3 that I was done... But I muscled them out despite not wanting to do anything whatsoever and I added in the big hill, which I've named Walkers hill. Checking the times, I was cooking on the ons! Must be why the offs hurt so bad but I honestly kept those pretty damn fast too.... I must be pretty fit
