284ft Elevation Gain. Think that is a record!

Started at a church and ran the peninsula. Went up a 100ft hill too which is incredible. Lots of stop and go in mile 3 which threw my rhythm off quite a bit but I found my way after that. Felt good to run hard the last 4 miles. Suffered quite a bit on the hilly terrain but it was worth it with no Hill day and only half a tempo day this week. Easy days easy and hard days hard. It is vital to remember this!

Focused really hard on recovering extraordinarily well today. We will see.
