Those are some solid 200's my man. Once the tights come off and the spikes are on full time you will be killing it! Keep up the hard work here in the dog days of winter and it will be rewarding in the end. Coach Al talks about delayed gratification and the same applies to you with the primary focus on outdoors. Keep doing the little things and it will make up for the lower mileage than other guys right now! Stay patient and keep it up!
