ran around the resort which is tinnnyyy! sooo agonizing! Then i treadmill-ed it but i had the squeaky one so i was running in the upper right corner of the treadmill and kept tripping and falling over the treadmill. Then the guys got off the other one so i hopped on that one and blasted it!!!!! Ray took the elliptical! Decent run, slower outside, but fast later on the treadmill. I got some hiking to do today though!!
