Well. I knew i made a mistake when i ran the first and second mile at 6:33 pace... O_O Regardless i was fighting off some wicked side stitches (probs because i didn't drink water today). Anyway, I had company! Brian and Rachael biked along side of me for the entire run! They wouldn't stop complaining.... ahhwelll. It felt okay regardless of the side stitches! #beatojr #squad
