Notes

Did not stretch out well this morning and haven't been stretching well after runs, so it's no surprise that the IT Band in my right knee prevented me from a good workout. I had to stop a few times to stretch out. I NEED TO GET A GOOD STRETCH IN BEFORE AND AFTER EACH RUN. Plus, I should start doing more core work and lifting.
