About me: I starting running thinking that I wanted to run 5K, then I thought, it would be nice to do 8K. Then I thought if I could do 8K then I could do 10K. I have found 10K to be my favorite distance.
I ran my first HM 4/26/09 and I am registered for another one in 10/09 although 10K still remains my favorite distance. |
Why do I run: Mental clarity, fitness, weigh loss aid, and simply because I enjoy it. |
Why I started running: As a way to get some time for me. |
