Notes
This was supposed to be regular workout, but right after doing the 100 warm-up, I knew I was too tired. I didn't know why, until I remembered that, Oh yeah, I didn't take Mon off like usual (but instead did the hardest workout of the week!). So, I turned this session into just TI drills instead:
1 x 100 warm-up
1 x 100 freestyle
Triple under-switch skate drills and switch drills, practicing body rotation to try to breathe on the RIGHT side (non-breathing side).
Need to get bi-lateral breathing down!
