Good interval session, but it was humid! Midday. I didn't have my chest strap, so no HR data. Rest next 4 days (travelling).
2 mile warm-up, including Fairmount hill (gently).
7x800 with 200 jogwalks....I was aiming for 4:00 on each 800m.

I had planned to run 8 of them, but my quads started whining just a little bit and I thought I had done enough anyway.
