Ran to work easily -- hey, the first mile was 9:49 -- THAT has never happened! Then 10:36, 10:43, 11:04 and 10:51 pace for .44. I had to stop for 3 traffic lights, so those miles were actually faster. Anyway, nice little run the morning after the huge department holiday party.
