COMMENTS: IRC. Ran from gym to Amazon, around twice & back. This was not a tempo run; it was a slow-fast: 10:25, 10:14, 9:49, 8:20, 8:37, 8:32.
Nice to see an 8:20 mile on a wood chip surface!
