Woot! Great job. Nice cool day. I was hoping to get under 1 hour and am very pleased with my time! Walked the steepest part of the hill (lost no ground compared to those around me), passed a lot of people on mile 2, and just ran fairly conservatively on the rest. Left quad is a little pulled, but should be OK in a few days. Ben and M and I went out for lunch & milkshakes afterward. Yum.

A great start to my next half century!
