Bleah. I hate treadmill running, even when (especially when?) Superman is the movie playing on the TV. I could not, could not go past 5K. The air is at hazardous level here in the capitol so running outside was not an option. And the hotel room itself is worse, so I got to breathe it all night long. Two nights down, two to go!
