Long run No.2 - mucked my bloody garmin up again - thought I had stopped it when I stopped to tie my lace and I hadnt so when I started it I actually stopped it if that makes sense!
Anyway ran 12 on the Garmin just to make sure I didnt come up short - turned out to be 12.75 according to the map so that is what I will log.
Time adjusted according to Av pace.
Now time to sleep
