About me:
I'm a sparadic exerciser and it's that time of year again. I tried the C25K last year but stopped because of pain in my hip. I've resolved the hip pain issue so I'm ready to try running again. C25K here I come. |
Why do I run:
I run for my health and to prove to myself that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. |
Why I started running:
After walking in a few 5k events I realized how awesome it would be to RUN a 5k some day. I am giving it my third try. |
