20 up, 3 x D loop ~1ks, 1' RJ, 7 x track 1ks, 200 jog, 20 down with 4 x 200

Another nice step forward. Wanted to run these smart and make sure I could cut down a bit and did that well. Track 1ks aren't my favorite but felt pretty strong today. Wore the Streaks for the track work to get the calves ready for the half, no issues there. Worked hard the last 3 reps, but probably had a couple more in me if I needed to. Still very tired on the cooldown
