Notes

Early morning workout crew today - Kyle, John, Mark, Kelsey to do mile reps on the 606. Did the same workout this time last year, plan was to try and go 5:30ish down to 5:15. Went pretty well, a bit windy heading west but the way back was nice. Felt hard; after 2 or 3 I was not feeling great, but the wind at our back made me come out of my shell a bit. Overall solid but didn't blow it out of the water.
